Maternity Services

- Opening Times 9.00am to 12.00am Tue, Thur, Fri.
- Additional InformationAntenatal clinics are held by individual doctors in conjunction with our midwife. Clinic days are as follows Tuesdays new antenatals 9.00am TO 12.00am, Thursdays follow-up appoinments 9.00am to 12.00am, Fridays new antenatals 9.00am to 12.00am, For an appointment please ring 02476 266370.
Contraceptives - Other
- Held byAll our clinical staff.
- Additional InformationAll our clinical staff (doctors, midwife and practice nurses) are happy to offer contraception advice.
Diabetes Clinic
- Held byIndividual nurses
- Opening Times 8.00 am to 6.30pm
- Additional InformationDiabetes clinic's are held during normal surgery hours and they can be booked with our nurses. When booking your appointment please state if it's your first appointment or annual or review so that you will allocated the correct time slot.ie: New is a 30 minute appointment, Annual is a 30 minute appointment, Review is a 20 minute appointment.
Asthma Clinic

- Opening Times 8.00am to 6.30pm
- Additional InformationAsthma clinic are held during normal surgery hours and they can be booked with our nurses. A normal allocated time slot for a asthma check is 20 minutes.
COPD
- Held byIndividual nurses
- Opening Times 8.00am to 6.30pm
- Additional InformationYou can book your COPD check up in normal surgery hours our nurses, a normal allocated slot for a check up is 30 minutes.
Travel Health
- Held by Individual nurses
- Opening Times 8.30am to 6.30pm
- Additional InformationThe Forum Health Centre is an approved Yellow Fever centre and can offer a range of vaccinations for travel purposes. There is usually a chage made for these services, please ask at reception for further details.
