Forum Healthcare: Serving Wyken and beyond

“My GP practice provides a superb service that others would do well to imitate”

The Forum Health Centre is a well established group practice in North East Coventry. We look after 15,000+ patients, with 9 doctors, 3 trainee GP registrars and 3 nurses. We are a GMS Practice (General Medical Services), teaching medical students (Warwick University) and training GPs.

Our doctors have a diversity of medical interests and skills - we have a commitment to the highest standards, and we hope that our patients make considerate use of our NHS facilities as we aim for continuous improvement as resources permit. Our doctors are actively involved in the commission of health care and aim to be responsive to our patients health care needs by using evolving I.T to optimise the service to our patients.

We are committed to giving the best possible service to our patients and so in summary we ask that you:

  • Arrange appointments for as far in advance as is appropriate.
  • Please help other patients by not requesting an urgent appointment for a problem that can wait a day or so (Mondays are especially busy).
  • If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible as it can always be used by someone else.
  • Please report to reception on arrival for your appointment.
