On Friday 09th October 2015, NHS Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group celebrated the achievements of NHS staff and members who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
The NHS is a treasured institution and what makes it so special are the people that work within it.
Forum Health Centre has been recognised for its hard work and on-going commitment to the NHS and the communities it serves - which we have great pleasure to announce our award winning staff!
Nurse lifetime achievement award - Nomiees:
Stephanie Chapman, Health Care Assistant
"Having dedicated 17 years plus of work within the Forum Health Centre, Steph has worked consistently to provide an extremely high standard of care.
Effortlessly she works every day with a smile and without hesitation she extends her gentle, caring and compassion hand to patients and their loved ones. She is extremely popular and well-liked by the patients, and immensely valued by her Forum Family! Aside from only being 21 years old (honest!) she relentlessly rises to new challenges that she is faced with (particularly technology) in order to keep up with the constant changes we are faced with in primary care and yet she conquers them without leaving even a dent in that wonderful charismatic charm she possesses. Steph is amost definiely a worthy nominee for this Nurse lifetime Achievement award - she is living proof of everything that this award stands for!"

Angela Wall, Community Matron
"Angela consistently works on the patients behalf. If she doesn't know she will ask us for help"

She is absolutely crucial to smooth running and the intricate organisation of the staff and never seems to fail anyone, despite how much effort and time is required. She is relentlessly welcoming and supportive to all staff and patients alike. She is non-discriminating, fair and always willing to listen to others. Bernie has shown outstanding loyalties to the Forum Health Centre and is recognised by her colleagues to always appear to be giving that Extra Mile."
