Practice of the Year recognising the outstanding level of care delivered by our committed team, our innovation in service delivery and the quality of patient care and outcomes.

Rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission

Forum Health Centre is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulators of health and social care.

Forum Health Centre was inspected on 14th February 2017 and we are delighted to have been awarded an 'outstanding' for the quality of care we provide.
