The Forum Health Centre is a well established group practice in East Coventry. We care for 21,000 patients, with 13 doctors, 4 trainee GP registrars, 4 nurses and 3 healthcare assistants. We are a GMS Practice (General Medical Services), teaching medical students (Warwick University) and training GPs.
Our doctors have a diverse range of medical interests and skills - we have a commitment to providing the highest standards of care, supporting our patients to manage their health and wellbeing. We strive for continuous improvement and our doctors are actively involved in healthcare commissioning and aim to be responsive to our patients health needs by using embracing innovation and technology and working with local health partners to provide the best quality care to our patients.
