Private Fees
The majority of procedures, consultations and services carried out at this surgery are paid for by the NHS. However, there are some services, such as certain vaccinations and completion of medical reports and forms, which are chargeable as they do not fall under the terms of service of the NHS Standard Contract.
Our priority is NHS work. Non-NHS work is charged in line with British Medical Association Guidelines. Timescales will vary depending on request but we aim to start processing within 7 working days but this may change depending on GP availability.
Fitness to Fly / Participate in Activities
Please note that we are NOT able to complete fitness to fly or fitness to participate in activities certificates / letters.

A £5 deposit is now required when requesting any release of domentation or information. The desposit will the be deducted from the total fee and outstanding payment is due prior to any documentation release. Private work can take up to 28 days to complete, this is in line with BMA approved national guidelines.
Accessing Medical Records
The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with the Act. Requests for information should be submitted in writing with the patient's signed authorisation included for information to be released. Direct requests by patients will be asked to complete a 'medical consent' form given by reception. If you require further information, please speak to a member of our reception team.
