Extended Hours

This surgery offers telephone and face-to-face appointments with GPs, Nurses, Paramedics and Clinical Pharmacists in the evenings and weekends.

Patients can request a routine appointment via reception and choose to be seen in one of the three hub locations (Forum Health Centre, Wood End Health Centre & Kenyon Medical Centre Chace Ave).

Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm.
