The practice has joined forces with the British Heart Foundation to offer FREE of charge CPR training from the practice. The training is available to both patients and non-patients and all attendees receive a FREE colour course booklet and training certificate.

Many of us will witness a cardiac arrest in our lifetime. When unexpected things happen, it's vital you know what to do. Be ready for that day by learning CPR and how to use a defibrillator today!
FREE CPR training available at Forum Health Centre. The training is available to both patients and non-patients and includes how to deal with cardiac arrest in adults and children, defibrillators and choking.
The training lasts for approximately an hour.
