Personal Independence Payment - Wednesday 21st November 6-7pm

If you have a long term illness or disability – physical and/or mental – and you are aged between 16 and 64 years old then you may be entitled to Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Hosted by a representative from the Department for Work and Pensions, this session is your opportunity to find out more about PIP and the assessment process.

Mindfullness for Mental Health with Michael Roberts

Come along on Thursday evenings to learn mindfulness-based strategies to support mental health. As a group, we will look at techniques for working with difficult thoughts and emotions, along with pro-active measures for maintaining mental wellbeing

Sessions will run 6:00-6:45pm. The first two are Nov 22 and Dec 13.  Subsequent to that, we will begin again in January, on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.

There is a cost of £5 or £3.50 for concessions (over 65s, students, low-waged) payable on the day
