Coventry & Warwickshire Mind are a local mental health charity affiliated to Mind: the leading mental health charity in England & Wales. Elefriends - Mind's online support service

Elefriends is a supportive online community where you can be yourself. Elefriends is a safe place to listen, share and heard by others who know where you are coming from.

• You can access free, online support wherever and whenever you need it. 

• Share anonymously as part of a private, safe comminty managed by Mind. 

• Sign up with no commitment; say as much or as little as you like. 

• Recieve and offer support in both the good times and the bad.
